1. Login ke Blog anda
2. Pilih Rancangan
3. Edit HTML dan ceklis Expand Template Widget
4. Cari kode <head> kopi kode dibawah ini tempat di bawah kode <head>

alert('Yakin Sudah Mau Keluar!!!!');
}
parent.window.onunload=goodbye;

5. Kilk Simpan Template
NB : ganti teks yang berwarna merah dengan teks yang teman inginkan.
